ship wreck in 90ft

ship wreck in 90ft

Today all of the action was close to a ship wreck in 90ft of water. I tried first on the edge of the reef in 115ft and then another spot out to 215ft. My third spot worked out well. We first caught a few 15 to 18in yellow tail flat lining small chunks of bait in the chum slick. A 35lb amber jack hit a yellow tail on the way in. It took all of 30 minutes to land that fish on 30lb test spinning reel. Wile we were fighting the amber jack another bottom rod bent over and started screaming 50lb braid line. A 30lb African pompano took a live pin fish on a circle hook. Our last big fish to the boat was a 50 black tip shark. I brought her in for a quick picture then let her go. We also got a dig barracuda, small amber jack and a few more yellow tails
