full day

full day

Today I started on the reef in 55ft of water. We caught 15 or so keeper yellow tail snapper then I moved us out to a small rock pile/reef in 110ft of water for something bigger. It was slow on the bottom but not on the surface. The first live ballyhoo back sailfish on! The fish made a few good jumps then frayed threw the 40lb floro leader. We hooked a few more big fish on the surface but didn't get to see what they were. Later in the day I went out deeper to a ship wreck in 170ft. We hooked a few big fish on the bottom but lost them the sharks. I finished the day back on the edge of the reef in 100ft of water. The last hour we caught 2 nice mutton snapper on live ballyhoo
